We are the leading General Practice Estate Agency in Jersey specialising in the sales,
letting and management of both residential and commercial property. Established in 1934 our 20 + staff members work as a team and are not remunerated solely via commission – as is common practice in other agencies – but are salaried and additionally benefit from a pooled achievement commission which is equally shared as a reward for their joint team work. Regular team meetings enable our department directors and staff to discuss work in progress, talk through sales and rental valuations etc and plan suitable marketing and evaluate the initial responses from our extensive database – all contributing to ultimately achieving the best possible results for our clients. This emphasis on team effort and reward is very different to other Estate Agencies currently operating in Jersey. |
