Unusually for traditional commission-based businesses, our 20+ staff aren’t remunerated solely by commission. The sales & letting employees are salaried but benefit from a collective pool of commission, which is equally distributed as a reward for working together as a team. Amongst many others, it’s a way we distinguish ourselves and get our voice heard above the noise.

Jane Power
Managing Director

Jane joined Gaudin & Co in 1995 as a boutique, seven-strong agency and in the ensuing decade has helped to build the business into Jersey’s premier property company with an ever-growing client list and twenty staff.

After joining as assistant to John Wright, she has covered all aspects of the estate agency and property management industry and is renowned sector-wide as a meticulous, knowledgeable and trusted professional with the ability to satisfy the demands of the most discerning clients across the entire buying, selling and letting spectrum.

Bradley heads up the residential sales and commercial teams at Gaudin and as the public face of the business, he spends time and effort building solid, trusted relationships with the Island’s high-net worth individuals as well as leading trust and legal professionals.

Married with young twins, he was born and bred in Jersey and spent time in the finance industry before joining Gaudin & Co in 2006. Bradley is well known on the Island (both as a businessman and for his sporting prowess) and knows the industry inside out. This expert-level market knowledge coupled with his infectious enthusiasm, flexible approach and ability to source perfect homes for his clients – both on the open market and from his confidential list – set him apart as a highly professional operative in a crowded marketplace.

After a dozen years in the finance industry, Danny wanted a more client-facing role and joined Gaudin in 2008 and completed his NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents) qualifications.

Born and raised in Jersey, he knows the Island inside and out and has an outstanding contacts book thanks to his financial past as well as being a prolific sportsman! Being sports-minded has given Danny the drive to succeed in such a competitive market and working at Gaudin within such a strong team environment has made all the difference.

When he’s not at work, Danny likes to keep fit doing various sporting activities and has recently taken up golf as his latest challenge. He also likes to cook, watch movies, plan the next snowboarding holiday, keep up with his energetic young son and be a good husband to his wife Sharon.

Rachel joined the accounts department at Gaudin in 1999 once her children started in full-time education and as Commercial Property Administrator, her role incorporates the negotiation of new leases, lease renewals and the associated administration.

During Rachel’s tenure at Gaudin, she has covered all areas of property management for both the residential and commercial departments and is a highly experienced administrator.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys keeping fit and racketball but she’s a beginner so if you challenge her to a game, go easy!

Receptionist Sue joined the Gaudin team in 2010 and is an experienced customer services and client-facing operative having worked at Jackson’s Garage and for Coutts Bank. She has even been known to pull a few pints behind the bar at the rugby club!

Sue has an infectious smile and working front of house means that she meets new people every day as well as ensuring a steady flow of satisfied clients through the Gaudin doors.

Nicky is a highly experienced property professional and she has been in the industry for 15 years. She joined Gaudin in 2012 as part of the sales team and she thrives on the challenge of meeting and talking to new clients, acquiring suitable homes for buyers and building successful relationships with both purchasers and vendors.

Outside of the office environment Nicky enjoys spending time with her family and she can often be found outdoors pursuing all sorts of hair-raising activities!

After six months at another property firm, Jonathon joined Gaudin in 2014 after a First from Plymouth University in Social Sciences and a subsequent career in finance at the Royal Bank of Canada and Ashburton Investment Management.

He is a highly motivated and experienced sales negotiator who has developed outstanding relationships with his clients, many of whom return time after time.

He is a keen sports fan, especially football and boxing. Jon recently took part in a white collar boxing event and whilst he raised a lot of money for his chosen charity he wasn’t exactly a ‘knock out’ with the ladies!

Angela joined Gaudin in January 2015 as a member of the residential sales team. She was in IT and marketing sales for 15 years both in Jersey and in Scotland and on the Island, she worked for Airtel-Vodafone.

She is experienced in managing sales teams and is an exceptional client-facing professional who looks after her clients with professionalism, integrity and a passion for making sure they get what they want.

She has worked across a number of client-facing industries on the Island including legal, finance and education and on the weekends, Debbie likes nothing more than taking time out for good long walks, reading and cooking a Sunday roast for her family.

Chris Duhamel

Chris has been with Gaudin since March 2017 as a member of the Residential Sales team. He has vast amount of property experience manging trust property structures within the Finance Industry and his near to his 4th year as a sales negotiator.

When Chris isn’t busy selling properties, he is a keen fund raiser and has completed 4 marathons and ran 5 Itex’s around the Island and hoping to carry on raising money for fantastic causes in 2018.

Clare has been with Gaudin since 2008 and joined as a sales negotiator. Since having twins, she has moved into the rental team. Her role encompasses the complete transaction from advertising, viewings, negotiations and arranging credit and bank references to preparing Leases and Schedules of Condition. A great deal of Claire’s time is spent on the phone assisting with enquiries from local clients as well as those relocating to the island and ensuring they get what they need.

Prior to Gaudin, Clare worked in the finance sector for six years assisting a business development team and before this she spent almost 10 years with Jacksons (C.I.) Ltd as a Sales Executive where she was part of the team selling skills and driving courses for both Mercedes-Benz and BMW.

Lettings Negotiator

I’m very proud to be working for a company with such a long history of leadership within this industry. I enjoy my role in helping others find their new home, which makes my job challenging but at the same time very fulfilling. I have been working in the industry for the last 8 years with the last 5 years as a lettings manager. In those years I have built up some great relationships with new landlords and contractors and look forward to meeting many again.

Jan joined Gaudin in 2010 and as an administrative assistant, her primary responsibilities are to monitor the renewal of property leases, corresponding between the client and tenant as well as preparing all the necessary paperwork.

She assists in the management of private car parks and water rates on behalf of clients and tenants alike, raising invoices, dealing with reminders, final demands and any related queries. Prior to coming on board at Gaudin, Jan spent over 30 years in the finance sector.

Charlie joined Gaudin in 2012 and the basis of her role is inspecting residential properties on behalf of clients.

Prior to joining Gaudin & Co Charlie was employed by the States of Jersey Housing Department for 24 years and she thoroughly enjoys the everyday challenges at Gaudin as well as the pleasure of working within a great and supportive team.

Jonny Amy
Residential Maintenance

Jonny joined Gaudin this year and as well as dealing with landlords and tenants, he liaises with a number of contractors to manage the maintenance requirements, constantly monitoring the quality the company delivers.

Jonny has worked in the Finance industry previously and spent 3 years travelling the globe. At Gaudin, he is the first point of contact for landlords and tenants regarding all aspects of residential maintenance.
