H.A Gaudin as it was originally known, was jointly founded by Herbert Arthur Gaudin and Arthur Forster in 1934.  On retirement, the business was carried on by Arthur’s son Rex followed by John Wright, who acquired it in 1989 when he merged it with his own, already successful, estate agency practice. Upon merging the two companies it was decided to keep the name, by then – Gaudin and Co. 

We are proud of our history and the substance and presence that it gives us in the local market.  Many others have come and gone but we have continued to flourish. We take changes and challenges in our sector as opportunities to review our business, work out what drives us and define what we need to do to ensure we remain at the forefront of today’s market.  We will continue to strive to raise the bar in every aspect of our service delivery, to partner with our clients to ensure we really understand their needs, and with local authorities to support moves to better regulate our industry. 

Today we are bigger in number and possibly more diverse in our proposition than ever.  We offer comprehensive professional services to both residential and commercial clients in sales, management and lettings.
