St Ouens Bay

St. Ouen's Bay, located on the west coast of the island, offers five miles of stunning sand along the Atlantic. It caters to all, with activities like surfing, bodyboarding, and sunbathing, as well as cafes and restaurants for dining. The beach is perfect for strolls, jogs, and beach barbecues, especially in warmer months, with breathtaking sunsets. Surfers, kite surfers, and thrill-seekers frequent the bay, making it a vibrant spot. Lifeguards monitor the area, and safety flags should be followed. The surrounding sand dunes provide scenic walks and panoramic views of the bay.

Plemont and Greve de Lecq

Plemont Bay, located on Jersey's North West coast, is a picturesque sandy beach perfect for young families, with shallow tidal pools to explore marine life and caves, including one with a waterfall. It’s also ideal for bodyboarding and surfing, even for beginners. The beach is accessed via steep steps, making it less suitable for those with mobility issues, but the views from the cafe above, including nearby islands like Guernsey, are stunning. Nearby Grève de Lecq is a popular sheltered beach with high cliffs and a cave running through the headland, plus historical sites like an Iron Age hill-fort and German bunkers.

Les Mielles Golf course and Les Landes Raceclub

Les Mielles Golf & Country Club, located in Jersey's St. Ouen’s Bay conservation area, features an 18-hole Championship Golf Course with stunning views and wildlife. Open year-round to members and visitors, it has a par of 70 for men and 71 for women, and has hosted the PGA Championships for seven years. Nearby, Les Landes Race Club, situated in Grosnez, offers breathtaking views of Grosnez Castle ruins and surrounding islands. The racecourse hosts nine summer events, with modern viewing areas, on-course betting, a public bar, food outlets, and space for picnics, providing a fantastic atmosphere for racegoers.
