Our new maintenance portal is designed to make reporting repairs easier for tenants. The efficient reporting system allows our tenants to tell us the exact problem and also give them the option to send photos & videos to help our team diagnose the problem quickly and correctly.

Tenants are immediately updated with a response and can log into the system as and when they wish to see what progress has been made. Fixflo can even recommend specific products that are most suitable for dealing with issues as mould or blocked drains.

Landlords are able to communicate with the Gaudin & Co Maintenance Team through the system and will receive quotes, updates and invoices directly to their account using the online portal.
